I think you are simply too focused on this gal and need to take your attention away from her, for whatever reason shes either not ready to date or doesn't like you enough, i think part of that reason is that your too available and she senses it. You said it yourself, when she said you can go, women do this mixed signal bs all the time. She's just 18, and she's Japanese so I guest most of the rules about Western girls do not apply here. You need to actually take action and get closer to her as your probably putting out a vibe that you have no time for her.

I've not displayed stalkerish behaviour I never do therefore she can't think I am one. I doubt she likes me as explained above. The worst thing that can happen is she isn't attracted to you and is just messing with you in which case you just ignore her and go after someone else. I cannot say she is certainly into you but i think there is a good she is or was. Well I decided to sit by my friends one day and she was sitting right across from me.
